Cancellation Policy
- By 23:59 the day before: Full refund of the ¥1,000 booking fee (refunded by your card company within a few business days).
- Same-day cancellation: ¥5,000 fee (tax incl.).
- No-show (15 min past appointment time without contact): ¥5,000 fee (tax incl.).
- Reschedule before appointment time: No cancellation fee. Note: limits apply to repeated rescheduling.

- Receipt: Issued. Please use as proof of purchase.
- Medical certificate: Issued in English on request.
Note: As this is self-pay (private) treatment, the certificate cannot list a specific
diagnosis name. It states that the medication is for the patient's own use within the
scope of self-pay treatment.

🛂 Customs / Taking Medication Out of Japan
⚠️ Important notice for travelers leaving Japan with prescription medication.
① From Japan's side (departure)
No special Japanese export permit is required for personal-use prescription medication. We recommend carrying the following documents at customs:
- ✅ English medical certificate — issued by our clinic (included in the ¥5,500 consultation fee)
- ✅ Receipt — proof of legal purchase in Japan
- ✅ Original medication packaging — keep in the labeled original box
- ✅ (Optional) Brief English summary of your prescription (drug name, dose, duration) — we can include this in the medical certificate on request
② Your destination country's side (entry) — this is the critical part
Import regulations for GLP-1 receptor agonists (Mounjaro, Wegovy, etc.) vary widely by country. Common reference points as of writing:
- 🇺🇸 USA — Up to 3-month personal supply (FDA personal import policy)
- 🇬🇧 UK / 🇪🇺 EU — Generally up to 3-month personal supply with documentation
- 🇦🇺 Australia — TGA Personal Import Scheme; declaration required; English doctor's letter required
- 🇨🇦 Canada — Up to 90-day personal supply with English prescription documentation

Refund Policy
As medication is dispensed based on medical consultation, returns and refunds are not accepted once shipped. Thank you for your understanding.
